Listening to music while on the job can boost workplace productivity, a study by music psychologist Dr Anneli Haake has suggested.

The research, commissioned by website totaljobs.com and music streaming service Deezer, also revealed tracks by Drake, Kendrick Lamar and the Foo Fighters are among the most popular soundtracks to the working day in Britain.

Dr Haake said listening to music while sat at one’s desk could improve mood, reduce distractions and “provide company” in a “too quiet” office environment. Read the rest of the article here.
